This cream primer is an essential product to prepare the skin and optimise the result and hold of make-up. Its creamy moisturising base prepares, illuminates the skin and with regular use can reduce the appearance of pigmentation. It is nourishing, hydrating and anti-ageing – a wonder product! Recommended for normal to dry, dehydrated or sensitive skins – it is an absolute must for dull or tired complexions. Apply Couleur Caramel’s Makeup Base on its own or over moisturiser with fingers all over face, neck, eyes and lips. Alternatively, mix with foundation for easy glide and a natural look. It works with any of our foundations such as BB Cream and Compact Foundation.
